The death occurred at the Community Hospital, O’Leary on Sunday June 16, 2019, surrounded by family, of Frederick M. Allain, DeBlois aged 84 years. Beloved husband of Stella Allain (nee LeClair). He was born in DeBlois on June 21, 1934, the son of the late Manual and Evangeline (Arsenault) Allain. Dear father to Darlene Guindon (Steve), Marie Venrus (Eric), Wanda Anderson (Mike), Judy Rodney (Mike) all of Ontario, Shawn Allain (Krista), Alma. Loving grandfather to 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by parents Manual and Evangeline, brothers Joe, Gerard, Francis, sisters Rita, Dora, Marguerita, Sophie and Lorraine. Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, 522 Thompson Road, Palmer Road for visiting hours Wednesday 6 – 9 PM. Funeral will be held Thursday June 20, 2019 at Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road with funeral mass at 10:30 AM. Memorial donations to St. Louis Elementary School Breakfast Program would be greatly appreciated. Cremation to follow. Interment at a later date in the church cemetery.
