Rita Gaudreau
The death occurred peacefully at the Wedgewood Manor, Summerside on Thursday, June 27th, 2019 of Rita Helene Gaudreau, age 90, of Le Chez Nous, Wellington, formerly of St. Chrysostome, PEI. Born in Egmont Bay, PEI on August 27th, 1928 daughter of the late Iréné (Rany) and Julie Anne Gallant Arsenault. Rita is survived by brothers Jean-Marc (Nanda deceased), Fidèle (Monique deceased), André (Mary), and her sisters Ita (Gaetan deceased), Dina (Jean-Paul). She was predeceased by her husband Frank, her brothers Emmanuel (Cécile), Camille (Marguerite) and her sister Marie Anne (Alcide). Resting at the Évangéline Funeral Home, Urbainville, until Thursday, July 4th, then to St. Philipppe et St. Jacques, Egmont Bay for funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow in the Church cemetery. Visiting hours at the Évangéline Funeral Home, Urbainville, on Wednesday, July 3rd from 7 to 9 p.m. Memorial Donations in Rita’s memory to Le Chez Nous, Wellington, the Wedgewood Manor, Summerside or to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
