CARSON, MADELINE - Madeline Anna Carson, 85, of Route 105 Northampton, NB, passed away on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at The Upper River Valley Hospital, Waterville, NB. Madeline was born in Marysville, NB on February 17, 1926, daughter of the late David and Lillian (Chase) Saunders. Madeline is survived by her husband, Roy, Northampton, NB, children; Bonnie Hatfield (Allen), Fredericton, NB, Roy Ronald, Northampton, NB, Wanda Carter, Woodstock, NB, Karen Cluff (Doug), Northampton, NB, Nancy MacLeod (David), Grafton, NB, Melanie Lynch (Robert), Saint John, NB, Sarah Kinney (Phillip), Toronto, ON, Susan Carson, Manitoba, Terri Snow (Les), Meductic, NB, Lisa Ingraham (Derrick), Bedell, NB, grandchildren; Tim, Jordan, Trevor, Tammy, Kristin (Cory), Christopher, Craig, Jonathan (Erin), Aaron, Daniel (Hailey), Matthew, Joel, Brandon, Andrew, Rebekah, Patrick, Dakota, Jeremy (Rebecka), Tracey, Jordan, Jaime, Tori, Lee-Ann, George, great grandchildren, Devon, Arizona, Madeline, sister, Beulah Crites, Cornwall, ON, brother, James Saunders (Irene), Marysville, NB, sister in law, Lil Saunders, Grand Manan Island, NB, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides her parents, Madeline was predeceased by her children, Heather, Albert, Stevie, brothers, Percy, Myles, Gerald, Bryon, Osborne, sisters, Della, Thelma, and infant sister.
Visitation was held at The Carleton Funeral Home 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville on Thursday, June 16 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral service was held at The Carleton Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, June 17 at 2 PM with Pastor Craig Sully officiating. Interment was in the Kirk Cemetery, Northampton, NB. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation, Lung Association or the Kirk Cemetery Fund.
