GOULD, LORRAINE - Lorraine Gould, wife of the late Gérald Gould, formerly of Dieppe, passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at Doucette Residence in Grande-Digue. Born in Saint-Joseph, NB, she was the daughter of the late Willie and Agnes (Melanson) Gaudet. She is survived by one daughter, Giselle MacDonald (Brian) of Dartmouth, NS; one son, Pierre James of Moncton; two sisters: Catherine Richard and Célina Bourque, both of Dieppe; three step-brothers: Albion and Ulysse Gaudet, both of Dieppe and Alyre Gaudet of Cap Pelé: four grandchildren: Rory, Kaleigh, Kristin and Amanda, as well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a sister Dorilla (Gaudet) Melanson and by two brothers: Camille and Gérard Gaudet.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) on Sunday, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday, from 9:30 a.m. until departure at 10:40 a.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Sainte-Thérèse-de-l’Enfant-Jésus R.C. Church, Dieppe, on Monday, July 11, 2011 at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary cemetery, Dieppe.
