Passed away peacefully at Charles S. Curtis Memorial Hospital in St. Anthony on June 24, 2011, Mr. Baxter Pynn of Raleigh, NL, in his 81st year. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Janie; his children Hilda Gushue, Rona (Bill Bowers), Randy (Velma), Patsy (Kevin Geroux), and Barry (Shauna); his nine grandchildren Jason, Dana, Chris, Candace, Stephanie, Victoria, Robyn, Adam, and Megan; his seven great-grandchildren Hannah, Robbie, Olivia, Victoria, Adam, Alexander, and Ryder; his sister Doris Sansford and a large circle of family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Charles and Hilda Pynn. Visitation was held at the St. Paul’s Anglican Church in Raleigh followed by the funeral service which was held on Monday, June 27 with Rev. Diane Smith officiating. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre Funeral Homes, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Lee Nippard, funeral director.
