CASEY, ALMA - Alma Casey, 86, of the Ti Bon Soins Residence, Shediac passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont University Hospital Centre, Moncton following a lengthy illness. Born in Shediac, August 9, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Françis Fougère and the late Dina Petitpas. She was employed with Marven's Biscuits in Moncton prior to her retirement. She will be greatly missed by her loving family, daughter Brenda Rioux of Shediac, three sons: Paul of Shediac Road, Normand (Claudette) of Grande Digue and Peter of Shediac; three sisters: Anita Sernoski (Eddie), Hélène Sernoski and Rose Marie LeBlanc (Butch) all of Kitchener, ON; a brother Emerie Fougère of Shediac; five grandchildren: Daniel, Pierre, Alexandre, Vicky, Kary-Ann, and by many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband Philippe (1967), a daughter Phyllis (1982), a brother Edward Fougère and by a grandson Daniel.
In keeping with Alma's wishes, there will be no visitation. Chapel service will be held on Monday, July 18, 2011 at 11:30 a.m. at Frenette Funeral Home Ltd., Shediac. Interment in St. Joseph R.C.
