At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown on Sunday, September 27, 2009 of Thomas William Milligan of Woodward Home, Charlottetown formerly of Tyne Valley aged 63. Born in Summerside on July 26, 1946 , son of the late James and Wilna (Toombs) Milligan. Dear brother of Barbara Douglas (Arthur Hiscock), Summerside; Margaret (Donald) Ross, Summerside; James Jr (Dianne), Borden-Carleton. Brother-in-law of Rev. Fr. Paul Batchilder, Souris. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sisters Elizabeth and her husband Arthur Stobbs and Susan Batchilder and brother-in-law William Douglas. Resting at the Ferguson Tyne Valley Funeral Chapel with visiting hours Tuesday 6-9 p.m. Funeral on Wednesday in the Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment in the Freeland United Cemetery. Memorials to the Woodward Group Home would be appreciated.
