(1944-2011)– Passed away suddenly yet peacefully on August 15, 2011, at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital, Wayne Fisher Spracklin, aged 67 years. Leaving to mourn his loving wife, Lynn (nee Brownrigg); son, Timothy Wayne (Dana Jones); daughter, Ann Elizabeth (Arthur Marshall); brother, Bert (Jane); sister-in-law, Ann Church (Bill); brother-in-law, Garry Brownrigg (Sheila); as well as his nieces, nephews, cousins, and many other relatives and friends. At Wayne’s request, cremation has taken place. The family will be accepting visitors at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Wednesday and Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A memorial service will be held Friday, August 19, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. from the Carnell Memorial Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the East Coast Trail Association, the Easter Seals Foundation, the Rotary Club of St. John’s, or to a charity of your choice.
