In deep sadness we announce Clark’s sudden passing on Thursday evening, October 8, 2009 at age 51, 9 days previous to his 52nd birthday. Clark was born at the Moose Jaw Union Hospital on October 17, 1957 to parents Veryl and Eva Forbes. Due to his father’s employment with CP Rail he attended school in several centres, and obtained his high school education at Peacock in Moose Jaw. After several years he returned to school with an apprenticeship program in heavy duty mechanics, obtaining his journeyman diploma. Clark was a loving, generous person, very proud of his two sons. He loved nature and was in his element when hiking and camping in the mountains. These times were extra special to his sons. He also enjoyed cooking and creating gourmet ethnic dishes, primarily Asian and East Indian. He was a wonderful son, father and friend. Clark was predeceased by his father Veryl and brother Craig. He leaves to mourn in his passing his two sons: Jason and Daniel of Saskatoon; mother Eva, brother Jeff, Aunt Helen Haukaas, and several cousins, relatives, friends and his most special dog Pepper. A private celebration of Clark’s life will be held. God searched the world for a perfect pearl and in his quest found the very best and said – “Clark, come to Me, I need you by my side to be†Forever missed, forever in our hearts. In living memory of Clark, a tree will be planted in Besant Park by W. J. Jones & Son Funeral Home. Please sign the memorial register at website: www.wjjonesandson.com (Obituaries).
