Dalton and MacKenzie Lynn are the proud grandchildren of their beloved Nana, Florine, and are sorrowful to announce her passing that took place at the Prince Edward Home, Palliative Care unit on Sunday, September 11, 2011, age 67 years.
Leaves to mourn at this parting, husband of 43 years, Friend Herring; daughter, Josie (Dan) Gass; son, Jon; and proud foster daughter, Sandy Chang, Hamilton, ON. Also remembered lovingly by brother, Floyd Stewart, Murray Harbour; and niece, Gayle Stewart, and her two sons Keylan and Deijomi Stewart, Pickering, ON. Her sister-in-law, Elaine Herring, was a life-long personal inspiration. A special kindred spirit was Jan Rudd with whom she enjoyed time. Florine's parents passed away earlier, Lorne and Mary Stewart and in-laws, Louis and Carrie Herring, Murray Harbour.
Resting at Ferguson's Montague Funeral Home From where the service will be held in the funeral home chapel Thursday, time to be anounced later. Interment in the Murray Harbour Cemetery. Visitation: Wednesday 7-9 p.m. only.
