Il était affectueusement connu comme « Uncle Bob ». De la famille Wallace, il était le fils de feu Wilbert Wallace et feu Ethel Wright, le frère de feu Ola (feu Alfred Crawford), feu Willard (Heather Slack) et feu Gloria (feu Lucien Trépanier). Sont également touchés par son départ, ses neveux et nièces : Barry, Darel, Linda, Brenda (Crawford), Bonnie, Jancey (Wallace), Dixie, Louise (Trépanier) ainsi que sa bonne amie Micheline Paradis. La famille accueillera parents et amis à l'église Candlish United Church de Kinnear's Mills le samedi 16 mai de 11h à 13h. Les funérailles auront lieu le samedi 16 mai 2026 à 13h en l'église Candlish United Church de Kinnear's Mills suivi de l'inhumation au cimetière Riverside Memorial. La famille désire remercier le personnel de la Résidence Denis-Marcotte pour les bons soins prodigués à M. Robert « Bob » Wallace. At the Résidence Denis-Marcotte, on January 10, 2026, Mr. Robert « Bob » Wallace passed away at the age of 93, husband of the late Nicole Bouchard. He formerly resided in Kinnear's Mills. Affectionately known as « Uncle Bob ». From the Wallace family, he was the son of the late Wilbert Wallace and the late Ethel Wright, and the brother of the late Ola (late Alfred Crawford), the late Willard (Heather Slack) and the late Gloria (late Lucien Trépanier). Also mourning his passing are his nephews and nieces : Barry, Darel, Linda, Brenda (Crawford), Bonnie, Jancey (Wallace), Dixie and Louise (Trépanier), as well as his close friend Micheline Paradis. Visitation will be held on May 16th from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm in the Candlish United Church in Kinnear's Mills. The funeral will take place on May 16th, at 1:00 pm, in the Candlish United Church in Kinnear's Mills followed by the burial in the Riverside Memorial Cemetery. The family wishes to thank all the staff of Résidence Denis-Marcotte for the compassionate care provided to Mr. Wallace.
