Passed peacefully away on September 24th, 2011 at The L.A. Miller Centre surrounded by her loving family, Jean Thorne, aged 58 years. Predeceased by her mother Ethel and sister Brenda. Leaving to mourn her loving children: Jennifer, Nancy (Mike Miller), Lisa (Robert Gillard), Anthony and Shannon; her father Gerald Miller; brothers: Gerry (Bernice), Barry and Glen; sister Linda (Bob); grandchildren: Sammy, Katie, Noah, Joshua, Kaleb and Mattie; stepson Chris (Shelley) and step-grandchildren: Choloe and Ryan. Also leaving to mourn a large circle of nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends. At Jean’s request there will be no visitation. Funeral service to take place from St. Lawrence Anglican Church, Portugal Cove on Tuesday, September 27th, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. with interment to follow at The Anglican Cemetery, Bauline Line. No flowers by request and donations in Jean’s memory may be made to The Dr. H.
