Peacefully at the Beach Grove Home on Monday, September 26, 2011, of Joyce Gallant of Charlottetown, age 88 years.
Beloved wife of the late George H. Gallant and loving mother of Rita Bustard, Doreen Foster (Clarence), Linda Gallant, Valerie Gallant and Donna Jackson (Roger). Joyce is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, her sister Eunice Cordery (Bill) and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son Robert Wayne Gallant.
Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford, where funeral service will be held at Stratford Chapel on Wednesday, September 28, 2011, at 3 p.m. No visitation by personal request. Interment will follow at People’s Cemetery, Charlottetown.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or Beach Grove Home Meadow Unit would be appreciated.
