DONELLE, JOSEPH - Joseph Livain Donelle, 77, of Kitchener, ON passed away on Friday, September 23, 2011 at the St. Joseph Hospital, Guelph, ON. Born in Cap Pelé, November 4, 1933, he was the son of the late Calixte and Carmelice (LeBlanc) Donelle. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Donelle worked for the City of Kitchener. He is survived by two brothers: Ola (Bernadette) of Waterloo, ON, Gerard Donelle (Françine) of Cap Pelé; three sisters: Doris Belliveau (Joe Bourque) and Rose Hébert (Yvon) of Shediac and Carmella Leger (Gerard LeBlanc) of Kitchener, ON; and by many nephews, nieces and friends. He is predeceased by a son Jeff, two brothers: Acquilla and Donât, one sister Thérèse; four half-brothers: Clarence, Léo, Freddie and Emile and by a half-sister Dorothy.
In keeping with his wishes, there will be no visitation. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Ste. Thérèse d'Avila Roman Catholic Church, Cap Pelé on Saturday, October 1, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. Interment of the ashes in the parish cemetery. In memory of Joseph, donations may be made to the Ste Thérèse d'Avila Cemetery or to a charity of the donor's choice.
