MURRAY, MICHAEL CLEMENT - 1949 - 2011 - It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Michael Clement Murray, 62, of Waterloo, Ontario. Mike passed away at the Grand River Hospital, Kitchener On. on September 10, 2011 following a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Moncton, he was the son of James and the late Edith (Clements) Murray. Mike graduated from Moncton High, Nova Scotia Agricultural College, Dalhousie University BSc. and the University of Waterloo, BSc. in Electrical Engineering. He was owner of Techni Com Consultations. Mike was a wold traveller, avid photographer and environmentalist. In addition to his father, he will be missed by his sister Catherine (Ken) Hopper and brothers James (Monique), Stephen (Cindy), Alan, all of Moncton, Rodney (Anita) of Edmonton, Alberta and sister-in-law Esther Murray. Mike is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and great nieces. Besides his mother, he was predeceased by his brother Gerald and nephew Matthew.
Funeral Mass will be held at St. Bernards Church, Botsford Street, Moncton, on Saturday, October 1, 2011 at 9:30 AM with Father Allison Carroll officiating.
