RICHARD, CAMILLE J. - Camille J. Richard, 45, of Greenland, NH passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at the Portsmouth Regional Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Born in Leominster, March 20, 1966, he was the son of Catherine (LeBlanc) Richard of Grand Barachois and the late Ulysse Richard who passed away September 11, 2010. Camille was raised in Fitchburg, MA before moving to New Ipswich, NH and later Greenland, NH where he resided the past 8 years. Camille was a volunteer firefighter in Prineton, MA for 6 years. Camille worked construction with his father who he adored. After learning the trade from his father, he began working for himself. He was a devoted family man who enjoyed all motorsports from snowmobiling to four wheeling. His favorite was NASCAR and his favorite driver was Dale, Jr. Camille also enjoyed playing the guitar and singing. He shared 26 years of marriage with his wife, Linda (Maillet) Richard. In addition to his mother and wife, he will be greatly missed by his four sons: Nicholas (Heather) and Christopher both of Seabrook, NH, Nathan (Lottie) of Somersworth, NH and Joshua of Greenland, NH; five sisters: Gisèle Bellio (Gary) of Greenville, SC, Jackie Therrien (Don) of Brighton, MA, Annette Richard of Grand Barachois, Louise Guillmette and Rachel Salmonson (Joshua) both of New Ipswich, NH; three grandchildren: Colin, Reese and Kaya all of New Hampshire and by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Frenette Funeral Home Ltd., 396 Main St., Shediac (532-3297) on Saturday, October 1, 2011 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. ONLY.
