Passed suddenly at sea as a result of the tragic accident on the Sea Gypsy Enterprise on September 12, 2009, at age 34 years, of Tors Cove (formerly of Trepassey/ P.C.S.) Left to mourn are his wife April (Corrigan); his little princess Lily, 6, and two wonderful sons: Mackenzie, 13, and Benjamin, 9; his father and mother Aiden and Agnes McCarthy of Portugal Cove South; his sister Wanda (Ian); nephew Mitchell, and his sister Tania (Scott) and niece Chloe. He will be sorrowfully missed by his father and mother-in-law Don and Bride Corrigan of Trepassey; brothers-in-law: Ricky (Christine), Norman (Crista) and David (Paula); sister-in-law Vivian and special niece Victoria. Also leaving to mourn many other nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles and a large circle of relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held in Trepassey at 1 p.m., Thursday October 22nd, 2009 at Holy Redeemer Church with Father Peter Golding officiating.
