It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ambrose White announce his passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at the age of 83 years. He will be sadly missed by his two sons: Wayne White (Annette Hynes) of Port au Port, Terry White of Edmonton, four daughters: Jacqueline Grieves of Alberta, Monica White (Hans Mogensen) of Alberta, Lorraine (Len) Schurmann of Edmonton, Alberta, Dianne White of Edmonton, one brother, Archie (Melba) White, two sisters, Ada White and Elizabeth Gaudon and 3 grandchildren: April Marie, Bobby, Rhonda and 2 great-grandchildren: Marcel, Monique and a large circle of relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place and friends may call at Russell’s Funeral Home, 57 Prince Rupert Drive, Stephenville from 7-9 p.m. on Monday, October 24th. Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, October 25th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Stephen’s Parish, West Street, Stephenville.
