At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Sunday, October 23, 2011, of Desmond L. Whitlock of Parkdale, aged 77 years.
Husband of Paula (nee Ward) and father of Michael, Paul (Ann), Shane (Nancy), Colin (Tamara) and Chris (Jennifer). Grandfather of Nicole, Craig, Courtney, Taylor, Steven, Mackenzie, and Nikolas. Brother of Lyndon (Colleen) and brother-in-law of Alice Whitlock. Predeceased by his brother George, and sister Joyce MacDonald (Alex).
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home until Wednesday at 1:15 pm then to St Pius X for funeral mass at 1:30 p.m. Interment in the Catholic Cemetery.
Visiting hours on Tuesday from 4-7 pm.
Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation.
