Mother of Jo-Anne Rayner and Pam Vessey (Scott). Predeceased by her husband Jim Rayner and her brother Leith Smith.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home from where the funeral will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday at 10 a.m. Interment in People’s Cemetery, Charlottetown. Visitation on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m.
