Born In: Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada

Passed in: Delta, British Columbia, Canada
Passed on: October 22nd, 2011

It is with deepest sadness we say goodbye to our beloved Jim McCauley. Jim passed away suddenly on October 22nd at the age of 42.

Jim leaves behind his wife Lisa, their sons Daniel, Randy and Matthew, father Dan (Charlien), sister Janet (Kirk) and step-sister Reign.

Jim was predeceased by him mother Marilyn, grandfather Jim and grandmother Mary. He is further survived by his grandmother Margaret, grandfather Emile, other relatives and countless friends. Jim will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Jimmy was born and raised in Kamloops where he fulfilled his dream to become a railroader like his grandfather. He began his career in Kamloops and worked at various terminals in BC.

Jim and his family very recently relocated from Kamloops to Vancouver after receiving his most recent promotion, working as a Trainmaster, Port Operations. Jim and Lisa were very happy to begin a new chapter of their life together in Vancouver. Jim's genuine efforts to do what he could to help make Canadian Pacific a stronger company cannot be denied.

Jim enjoyed his life to the fullest, spending most of his time with his family camping, hunting, fishing, motorcycling and especially having fun at the family cabin on Shuswap Lake, where we made the most amazing memories with family and friends.

A Celebration of Jimmy's Life will take place on Sunday, October 30th, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Calvary Temple, 1205 Rogers Way, Kamloops.

Reception to follow at Kamloops Towne Lodge and Convention Centre.

We adore Jimmy and miss his infectious grin, gentle demeanour and the sparkle in his eyes.
