It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Eleanor MacDonald at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital on Nov. 5, 2011.
Born in Westmount, she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Annie (MacAulay) MacDonald.
Tom (Sue) MacRae and good friend Rachel Long took tremendous care of her over the years and will miss her deeply. She will also be missed by her cherished pets, who held a special place in Eleanor’s heart.
Tom and Rachel would like to give a special thank you to Jason Long, Jason McGuigan, and Jamie Gardiner for their kindness and assistance.
Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation or service upon request. Eleanor’s ashes will rest at Forest Haven Memorial Gardens.
