Passed away on November 9, 2011 in Vernon Jubilee Hospital at the age of 73 years.
He will be lovingly missed by his wife of 52 years Marilyn, his sons Norm (Margaret), Brian and Blaine (Verena), two brothers Emery (Edna) and Walter (Diana), two beautiful grandchildren Kaitlyn and Cameron, his sister Ann, many nieces and nephews who all loved him, two cousins Frank and a very special one Mary, who lives in Vernon. He will also be missed by his many, many friends.
Melton was predeceased by his sister Mary.
He was born in Yahk, B.C., on January 14, 1938 to Emrich and Mary Falat and lived in many places from Yahk to Vancouver Island.
