Passed peacefully away at Placentia Hospital surrounded by her family and friends on Wednesday, November 16, 2011, age 68 years. Leaving to mourn her loving husband of 51 years, Neil Careen of Pt. Lance, St. Mary's Bay. Also leaving to mourn her 5 daughters: Barbara O'Rourke (Fred), Linda, Christine, Elaine and Virginia (Bob), her 3 sons: Wayne (Lenora), Paul, Shawn (Danita). Rosemary also leaves 11 grandchildren and a large circle of other family and friends who will miss her dearly. Resting at Mary Queen of Peace Church at Pt. Lance with Funeral Mass on Saturday, November 19th at 10:00 a.m. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Mannings Funeral Service, St. Brides.
