EMBLETON, Ida Elizabeth R.N. – The death occurred peacefully surrounded by her family at the QEII Halifax Infirmary, on Wednesday, November 16, 2011, of Ida Embleton, R.N., of Cornwall, P.E.I., and formerly of County Cork, Ireland, age 79. Ida was the beloved wife of Captain W. Peter Embleton; loving mother to Peter (Jacquie), Ottawa ON, Neil (Veronica), Sundre, AB, Philip (Irina), Saudi Arabia, Nicola (William Embleton-Lake) Halifax, NS and Patricia (Cory Mosher), Mississauga, ON; and cherished grandmother to Christina and William, Courtney and Brett, Roman, Dmitri and Ida, Christopher, Steven and Timothy, and Hailey and Matthew.
