It is with great sadness that the family of the late Dorothy Florence Hancock announce her passing at the Palliative Care Unit in the Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Saturday November 19, 2011 at the age of 64 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Bernard, daughter Rona (Paul), son Murray (Angela), 3 grandchildren: Jessie, Mason, Kayla, brothers: John (Sylvia), Harvey (Ann), Llewelyn (Rita), sisters: Lily (Manuel), Patsy (Morris), also a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She is predeceased by parents Ralph & Emily Maude, son Kirby, June 1987, brothers: Ronald, Wayne, sisters: Doris, Betty and Doreen. Visitation has taken place at Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road on Sunday November 20, 2011 from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 P.M. Funeral service took place at Country Haven Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, November 21, 2011 at 2 P.M. with Eric Fowler officiating, interment followed at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the charity of ones choice.
