Passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving family at the Palliative Care Unit, Dr. Leonard A. Miller Center on Saturday, November 19th at the age of 45 years. Derrick is survived by his loving and devoted wife Allison (nee Littlejohn); step-children Raymond, Christina, Donald and Kelsey Ann; daughters Kaitlin and Kristen (their mother Kim); loving parents Gordon and Judy; brother Scott (Niece-Megan); sister Audra Crewe (Dion); nieces, Alyssa and Felicia; great-nephew Nathan; mother and father-in-law Annie and Raymond Littlejohn and the Littlejohn family, as well as a number of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at the Salvation Army Church, Mundy Pond Road on Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at 12:30 pm. Interment will take place at a later date.
