McGIBBON, PATRICIA - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Patricia McGibbon of Sussex, she passed away at the Sussex Health Centre on November 23, 2011 at the age of 62 surrounded by her loving family. She was the daughter of Mary Elizabeth (Wallace) Norrad and the late Gordon "Dode" Norrad. Pat is survived by her husband, Murray; her mother Betty; three daughters: Caran Seward (Sheldon), Brandy McGibbon and Coleen Gibson (Morgan); seven grandchildren: Liam, Blake, Riley and Nate Seward, and Connor, Bailey and John Paul Gibson; her sister Nancy Swift; two brothers: Gord Norrad (Pat) and Tom Norrad (Maureen O'Reilly); as well as several nieces and nephews. Pat is also predeceased by her brother-in-law, Bill Swift and by parents-in-law: Archie and Jean McGibbon.
Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where visitation will be held on Sunday from 1 to 4pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Francis Xavier RC Church on Monday, November 28, 2011 at 10:00am.
