SHORT, DONALD HARRY - Donald Harry Short, 63, of Sussex, passed away at the Kiwanis Nursing Home on November 25, 2011. Born in Saint John, he was a son of Robert “Bob” and Gertrude “Dawn” (nee Pollard) Short. He is survived by his second wife, Fay (nee Carson) Short; his children: Scott Short (Kelly) of Calgary, Melanie Short of Calgary, and April Eastman of Ontario; his step children: Vicky Keirstead (John) and David Erb (Jackie) both of Sussex; mother Gertrude “Dawn” Short; as well as several grandchildren. Donald was predeceased by his father.
