It is with sincere solace that the family of the late Marilyn Anne Smith announce her peaceful passing surrounded by family and friends at the L. A. Miller Centre on Friday, November 25th, 2011 in her 58th year. Predeceased by father – Michael Meaney. Left with fond and loving memories are her children Daniel, Kieran, Andrew and Meghan; mother – Kay; siblings – Michael, Romana, Kathy (Bill); nephew – Matthew; niece – Melanie; godmother – Esther Costello; aunt – Anne (George) Hedderson; as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. Her children would like to extend their deepest gratitude for her excellent care while in the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Clinic and the Palliative Care Unit of the L. A. Miller Centre. Funeral Service to take place from St. Teresa’s Roman Catholic Church, Mundy Pond Road on Tuesday, November 29th, 2011 at 2:00pm. Cremation to follow. Interment to take place at a later date.
