Passed peacefully away on Nov 26, 2011 at St. Patrick's Mercy Home, Amy Stockley (Whey) age 74 years. Predeceased by husband Roland, granddaughter Nicole Jones, sister Elizabeth Hodge, and brothers: Ned, Uriah & Charles. Leaving to mourn daughters Rosanne Jones (James) and Daphne Thomas (Greg); sons Roy Stockley & Cyril Stockley ; brothers: Jim Whey (Nova Scotia), and Fred Whey (Abbie)(Gander), and sister Ruby Wiseman (Garfield); 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren; as well as a large circle of family & friends. Amy was formally a resident of Margaret’s Manor. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home 328 Hamilton Avenue, on Sunday from 7-9p.m., on Monday from 2-4p.m. and 7-9p.m. Funeral service 9:30a.m. on Tuesday, November 29th, 2011 from Barrett’s Chapel.
