We, the family wish to express our sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks to family members and neighbours for your support and kindness during this difficult time. To all who attended the visitation and funeral service, sent sympathy cards, phoned, monetary donations and food, your kindness will always be remembered. A special thank you to Dr. M.
