The death occurred peacefully at the Beach Grove Home on Friday, November 6, 2009, of Mrs. Elinor Louise MacLeod, formerly of 90 Highland Ave., Charlottetown, age 83 years. Beloved wife of the late Lloyd Allison MacLeod. Dear mother of Harvey (Lorraine) MacLeod of Charlottetown, Dave MacLeod of Dartmouth, N.S., and mother-in-law of Ann MacLeod of Charlottetown. She is also lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Scott (Dawn), Brodie (Robbin), Jill (Andrew) Sabean, Al (Sara), Chris, and Dwayne, great-grandchildren Dawson, Karsyn and Brooklyn, and her sister Evelyn Cudmore. She was predeceased by her parents Gordon and Louise (Dawson) Harvey, her son Ron MacLeod, and her brother Ralph Harvey. Resting at the Cutcliffe Funeral Home from where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday in the funeral home chapel. Please note time of funeral has been changed to 11 a.m. Interment will follow in the People’s Cemetery, Charlottetown.
