CRUMMEY, Gerald (BOIVAN)– February 9, 1953 - December 1, 2011. The family of Boivan Crummey of Mount Pearl sadly announce his passing on Thursday, December 1st, aged 58 years. Predeceased by father Stanley Crummey, step-father George Snook, mother-in-law and father-in-law Violet and William C.R. Sellars, brother-in-law Raymond Peddle, sister-in-law Mercedes Sellars. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, his wife and best friend Carol; two daughters Laurie (Neil), Melissa (Jon); mother Mary; sisters Janice Peddle, Paula White (Sam); brothers Doug Crummey (Crystal), Robert Crummey (Christine), Wayne Crummey (Carol), John Crummey (Bonnie); sister-in-law Sandra Simmons (John), brother-in-law Barry Sellars, Randy Sellars (Ann), Blair Sellars (Leona). Also a large number of family and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mt. Pearl from 10 a.m.-12 noon, 2-4 p.m. and 7- 9 p.m. on Saturday, as well as from Noel’s Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Sunday and from 10 a.m. - 12 noon on Monday. Funeral service to take place on Monday, December 5 at 2 p.m. from McDowell United Church, Western Bay. Interment to follow at Western Bay North United Cemetery.
