It is with great sadness that the families of the late Hayward Guy announce his passing on November 29, 2011 at the Health Science Center, St John's, NL at the age of 73. Hayward is predeceased by his parents, Albert and Mary; 2 brothers, Llewelin and Mark; sister, Bessie; niece, Tina. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are wife, Claire; daughters, Louise, and Wavey; 2 granddaughters, Ashley and Tara; brothers, Albert (Olive), Walter (Sharon), Nelson (Audrey), Eddie (Amy), and George; several nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. The funeral service took place Saturday, Dec. 3, 2011 at 2 pm from The House of God Assembly, New Bay Road, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL with Pastor Nelson Guy officiating. The visitation was held Thursday, December 1, 2011 at 7-9 pm from Sunset Memorial Funeral Home and Friday, December 2, 2011 at 2-4 & 7-9. Interment will be at a later date. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sunset Memorial Funeral Home 10 Bayley St. Grand Falls-Windsor, NL.
