We announce the peaceful passing of our Mother, Wife, Grandmother, Sister, and Friend on Friday, Dec.2, 2011. Tina was born on May 25, 1926, the third child of Margareta and David D. Rempel . On April 12, 1947, Tina married Peter W. Bartsch. Together they raised 6 children. Peter passed away on November 4, 1981. Tina married John Neudorf on November 7, 1987 and two adult sons were added to the family. Tina was predeceased by her son, Ronald and an infant great-grandson, Oliver. She is survived by her husband John Neudorf, brother Ted (Rita) Rempel, children Hilde Sellmeyer (Walter Sobistiansky), Monica (Wally) Dyck, Deb (Scott) Stanbury, Lois (Brian) Bateman, Julia (Drew) Waldo, and John’s sons Mark Neudorf and Michael(Jo-Anne) Neudorf, 17 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
An evening program celebrating Tina’s life will be held at Forest Grove Community Church, 502 Webster Street, Saskatoon, at 7 pm, Tuesday, December 6. The funeral service will be at First Mennonite Church, 418 Queen Street, Saskatoon, on Wednesday, December 7, at 10:30 am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mennonite Central Committee.
