MARTIN, RUDOLPH “PAPEAU” - The death of Rudolph “Papeau” Martin of the Villa Maria, St. Louis de Kent, NB occurred at his residence Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at the age of 74. Born in Baie Ste.Anne, NB, Papeau was the son of the late Edouard and Emelda Martin. Papeau was a retired fisherman. Papeau is survived by five sisters: Martina Richard (Ernest), Eleonore Savoie (Alderic Jr.), Francine Blakely, Rèjeannè Martin (Zoel) all of Baie Ste Anne, NB and Ledwine Theriault (Jules) of Moncton, NB; two brothers: Edouard Jr. (Charlene) and Valerie (Bonnita) all of Baie Ste. Anne, NB and numerous nieces and nephews. Papeau is predeceased by one sister Odette (Donald) McIntyre and two brothers: Jean Paul (Antoinette) and Zoel (Cathy) all of Baie Ste. Anne, NB.
Visitation will be held at the Baie Ste. Anne Slumber Room on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and on Friday at 1 PM until the time of the Mass. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, December 9, 2011 at 3 PM. Burial will follow in Ste. Anne Roman Catholic Cemetery.
