“What memories I treasure of Edgar (Ike) when he was a student at NBBI and I was a very little boy on the school campus. He and Ken would often bring me "dulse" when they returned from visiting home. (I still love dulse!) His joy was contagious, his love was genuine and his faith was transparent. DJR”
“Edgar could always make me laugh. Loved his sense of humor. Theo you will be missed but Heaven is so much sweeter.”
“For all the wonderful memories I carry with me from spending summers with you and Bunna on 171/2 Brinley Street! After evening service at the Tab there was always tea with Aunt Jenny, Girly. and May. Then when Sonya and David Grant and Darrell and Nora Ring were home from the mission field, they were part of the household. I treasure all that I gathered from you that helped form me into the person I am today, and I will forever treasure your loving words to me on the evening before your homecoming!! I love you, Ikey. We'll all be together soon.”
“I will always remember edgars smile! He will be missed!”
“Wow I just found this out on Facebook. Edgar was a great man. Always making people laugh. I remember as a kid we would always ask him for candy and he would have it in his pocket. He was a man who lived his life for Christ.”

“NBBI Conferences just haven't been the same without you. We always felt like we couldn't begin conference until you got here. I'm sure there are some happy reunions going on in heaven right now. Our loss is heaven's gain.”
“A very dear friend!”
“What a dear man of God! Edgar's heart was full of love for others and always able to bring a smile to you face!
'A joyful heart makes a cheerful face" Proverbs 15:13 alsoPsalm126:5 "Those who sow in tears shall reap with joyful shouting".
I always think of the time at NBBI when Edgar got up on the platform and said ,' Now leets open the book of numbers" and he opened the telephone book!!
He will be greatly misssed!”
“This dear friend loved and was loved more. He never failed to bring a smile to your face. Many times, I recall shopping and roaming deep in my thoughts, when there in the distance or a tap on my shoulder, the touch and smile of a dear, gentle man and he would make me laugh before I went on my way. This man influenced lives and loved God deeply. You will be so missed, dear friend.”
“What fond memories we have of Edgar!”
“i have found memories of edgar when i was a little boy. my mom and dad wad willard and helen wilson. they went to the old gospel terbernacle in saint john and he and ken would visit our home often, i,m sure heaven will be a little fuunier now.. god bless”
“ Heaven must have been in an uproar when you entered. We had such a great time when you came to visit with us as kids with all your home movies play forward and back time after time. The richness of your voice when you and Ken sang duets that left those in the seats lacking things to say, and eyes full of tears. I'm to wonder if you were met at the Golden Gates with Bunna,Willard, Ken ,and Girly playing combs with wax paper rather than the music of harps. Sleep well old freind.
p.s. I'm sending your Christmas card to somebody else. ”
