(Formerly of Bell Island) Passed peacefully away surrounded by his family and friends at the Palliative Care Unit, L.A. Miller Centre on Saturday, February 23, 2008, Dominic W. Slade, age 63 years. Leaving to mourn his wife Rosalind (Parsons), son Jason (Jill Everson) and daughter Melissa (Keith Peddle). Brothers Jack of P.E.I and Gary (Vanita) of P.E.I. Sister-in-law Maxine Morgan (Cyril); brothers-in-law Stead Parsons and Wally (Marg) Parsons. Also a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, TORBAY. Visitation on Sunday, February 24th from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. and Monday, February 25th from 2 p.m. – 9 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place on Tuesday, February, 26th, 2008 at 10 a.m. from Holy Trinity Church, Torbay.
