THOMPSON, ESTELLA - 1929 - 2011 - Estella Alice (Bishop) Thompson, wife of the late Harry W. Thompson of Moncton, NB, surrounded by her children and granddaughter went to be with her Lord on Monday, December 19, 2011. Born in Newton Heights (Moncton) NB, she was the daughter of the late James and Laura Bishop. Estella is survived by her much loved children, Daniel (Ardis) of Calgary AB; Bradley (Linda) of Moncton NB; Kathy (Tim Morrison) Fredericton NB; Patty of Moncton NB; her very special granddaughter Kristie (Tim) Culberson of Saint John NB; step grandchildren Asha and Dexter; Great Grammie’s Little Darlings, Emily, Amber, Isaac and Owen Harry and sisters Doris Berry and Audrey (Walter) Leaman. She was a member of Parkside Baptist Church. Estella is predeceased by her husband Harry, her parents and brothers James, Lorne and Don. Estella family would like to extend a special thanks to her caregivers, for the outstanding care and attention given to her stay in Palliative Care Unit at the Moncton Hospital.
Resting at Fair Haven Funeral Home with visitation on Wednesday, December 21 from 7 to 9 pm. A funeral service will be held at the Chapel of Fair Haven Funeral Home on Thursday, December 22 at 11:00 am followed by a reception in the Garden View Reception Room.
