PEVIE, Gertrude — Passed peacefully away at Dr. G. B. Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Thursday, January 5, 2012, Gertrude M. Pevie of Arnold’s Cove, aged 71 years. Predeceased by brother Edgar, parents Albert and Violet Warren. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Joseph of 52 years; son Don (Diane); granddaughter Amy; sisters: Beatrice Smith, Arnold’s Cove, Mildred Coles (Wince), Topsail and Kay Fiore, Pennsylvania; brothers: Bob Warren (Mae), Arnold’s Cove and Otto Warren, St. John’s; sisters-in-law: Sandra Warren, Mount Pearl and Jean Pevie, Arnold’s Cove; and a large circle of relatives and friends. Resting at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Arnold’s Cove. Funeral service 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 9, 2012 from St. Michael’s All Angels Anglican Church, Arnold’s Cove with interment at Arnold’s Cove Interfaith Cemetery.
