Lila Arbeau

ARBEAU, LILA - Mrs. Lila Belle Arbeau, widow of Joseph Arbeau of Main Street, Doaktown NB passed away Monday, January 9, 2012 at Miramichi Regional Hospital at the age of 83. Born in Upper Blackville NB, she was the daughter of the late Vernon and Florence Peterson. She was a former cook and a member of the United Pentecostal Church, Upper Blackville. She also was a member of the 50 plus club group. She is survived by four daughters, Joyce Arbeau (Emery) of Upper Blackville, Wilma Harris of Doaktown, Connie Sullivan (Ronnie) of Fredericton and Tawyna Morehouse (Kevin) of Zealand, one son, Cyril Arbeau (Mary) of Prince George, BC, one sister, Laura LeBlanc (Regis) of Fredericton, one brother Luther Peterson (Madeline) of Upper Blackville, 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Besides her parents and her husband she was predeceased sisters, Flossy Rose, Edna Kervin and Evelyn Arbeau, brothers, Harold, Murray, Spurgeon, Ned and Stanley.
Mrs. Lila Belle Arbeau is resting at Davidson’s Funeral Home, 579 Main Street, Doaktown with visitation this evening from 7 to 9 and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. The Funeral Service will be held Friday, January 13, 2012 at 2 p.m. at United Pentecostal Church, Upper Blackville, with Brother Robert Ellison officiating. Burial will be in the United Pentecostal Cemetery in the spring. In memory of Lila donations may be made to the United Pentecostal Church, Upper Blackville. Arrangements are in care of Davidson’s Funeral Home (365-7022)
