The death occurred peacefully at the Beach Grove Home in Charlottetown on Tuesday, January 24, 2012, of Lillian MacInnis, formerly of Monticello, in her 81st year, wife of Francis MacInnis.
Loving mother of Evelyn (Barry MacDonald), Clayton, Garry (Lynn), Gordie and Melanie Power (Kevin). Grandmother to Timmy MacInnis, Mallory MacKinnon-Ojeda, Cody MacInnis, Jesse MacInnis, Sarah Power and Lilly Power. She will be remembered by her brother, Reggie Flynn; sisters-in-law, Mary Flynn and Cleo Rose; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, Pius and Agnes Flynn; brothers, John and Elliot Flynn, Pius Francis (in infancy); sisters, Johanna MacDonald, Margaret MacKinnon, Jeanette MacDonald, Helen MacKinnon, Mary Ann Chaisson and Mary Madeline (in infancy); and granddaughter, Natalie MacInnis.
Resting at the Dingwell Funeral Home in Souris for visiting hours on Thursday evening, January 26, 2012, from 6-9 p.m. Funeral to be held on Friday morning to St. Margarets Roman Catholic Church for funeral mass to be celebrated at 11 a.m. Interment in the church cemetery.
