Claudette Cormier
CORMIER, CLAUDETTE - Claudette Cormier, 71, wife of Bernard Cormier of Moncton, passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre following a brief illness. Born March 22, 1940 in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Guillaume and Aline (Léger) Belliveau. Besides her beloved husband of 48 years, she is survived by one daughter, Gisèle Belliveau (Jacques Goguen) of Cap de Cocagne; two sons: Jean of Montréal and Paul of Toronto; four sisters: Yvette (Gilles Cormier), Rose (Gerry Bourgeois), Diane (Pascal Ferrari) and Gisèle (Steve Gallant), all of Leominster, Mass.; one brother, Guillaume "Jr." of Saint-Antoine; many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900). Visiting hours: Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix R.C.
