    “Farewell My Angel

The Angels on high are whispering with glee,
I've sent up my prayers, so their all out to see,
The beautiful addition to heaven this date,
... The Angels have gathered at God's Golden Gate,
To welcome my sister and fit her with wings.

Take my dear sister, embrace her with care,
She's special you know, as I said in my prayer.
Fly high my dear sister, fly high and fly free,
I'll see you again when the wings are for me.

Written for and dedicated to the ones I have loved and let go.

“Miss me a little-but not for long,
and not with your head bowed low,
Remember the love we once shared,
Miss me - but let me go.
For this is a journey we all must take,
    And east must go alone,
It's part of the Master's plan,
A step on the road to home.
When you are lonely & sick of heart,
Go to the friends we know,
And bury your sorrow in doing good deeds,
Miss me - but let me go.”
