Passed peacefully away on January 31, 2012, Meta Sellars (nee Rose), age 84 of St. John’s. Predeceased by her husband, Harry, sister, Helen (Tom Redmond), and cousin Madge Dunne. Leaving to mourn with loving memories, cousins: Marilyn (Bob) Cameron and Louanne (Cy) Kinsella; lifelong and dear friends: Irene and Charlie Pearcey and their family; faithful neighbours Don and Barbara Harris, Howard and Ethel Hillier; and her wonderful caregivers and friends at Tiffany Village as well as other relatives and friends. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation Thursday, February 2, from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at Corpus Christi Church on Friday, February 3, at 11:30 a.m. with interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
