The death occurred peacefully with family at Prince County Hospital, Summerside, P.E.I., on Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2012 of Annie Jean MacPhie Dawson (nee Thomson) of Summerside, aged 86 years.
Jean was born on Dec. 7, 1925 in Howlan, P.E.I. to her late parents Fulton and Annie (nee Matthews) Thomson. Loving mother of Rikki-Leah Dawson-Parry of Summerside and Lesli-Ann Dawson of Springhill, N.S. Jean was predeceased by sister, Elizabeth, and brothers Frank, Jack, Dave and Ray.
Resting at East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside. Funeral service at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, at the funeral home. Interment to take place in People’s Cemetery, Summerside at a later date.
