At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Charlottetown,with her family by her side, on Friday, February 3, 2012, of Lois Therese Butler (nee MacMillan) of Montague, in her 80th year.
Dear mother of Darlene (Harold) Green, Heather, and Lorne (Lisa), and and also survived by her lifetime friend, dog Babe. Loving grandmother of Trevor (Jane) Collings, Ryan (Kara) Collings, Savanah and Lydia Butler, and great-grandmother of Rae-Lea, Lorelai, Patrick and Silver. Survived by her sister Adelaide Conway and numerous nieces and nephews.
Predeceased her son-in-law, Blaine Collings, brothers Albert, Carl, Nick, Arnold, sisters Flora and Doreen.
Resting at Ferguson’s Montague Funeral Home until Tuesday at 10:50 a.m., then to St. Mary’s Church, Montague, for funeral mass at 11. Interment in the parish cemetery. Visitation: Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
If so desired, memorials to the P.E.I. Humane Society or to Hospice of Southern Kings would be appreciated.
