It is with great sadness that the family of the late Johnny Collier announce his passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Friday February 3, 2012 at the age of 67. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his loving and devoted wife: Jenny; children: Deanne Collier, Toronto, ON; son: Lieviso (Jennifer), Toronto, ON; brother: Eddie, St. Alban’s, NL; sisters: Theresa Collier & Lila Cox (Joe Hoskins), all of St. Alban’s, NL; sisters in law: Mary A. Collier & Mary E Collier both of St. Alban’s, NL; brother in law: Tom Collier, St. John’s, NL as well as a large circle of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents: Samuel & Eva Collier; brothers: Anthony, Lloyd, Kenneth, Eric; sister: Regina Collier. The funeral service was held on Monday February 6, 2012 at 11 am at St. Ignatius R. C. Church, St. Alban’s with Father Edward Brophy officiating. Interment followed at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, St. Alban’s. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Hynes’ Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban’s.
