LeBLANC, CLOVIS - Clovis LeBlanc of Domaine de la Vallée (formerly of La Hetrière) passed away at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont university hospital center on February 7, 2012 at the age of 96. Born on September 11, 1915 in La Hetrière, he was the son of the late Lucien LeBlanc and the late Alexina LeBlanc. He worked as the manager of the War Surplus Store in Moncton for 35 years and was a member of the Golden Age Club of Memramcook. He is survived by his two daughters, Pauline (Adrien) Gaudet of La Montain and Nadine (Dennis) LeBlanc of Dieppe; four sons, Léonce (Murielle) of Petit Dover, Ronald (Claire) of Dieppe, Daniel (Diane) of La Hetrière and Oscar of St-Joseph, nine grandchildren: Ginette, Francine, Charline, Janice, Joceline, Caroline, Réjean, Justin and Marcel, seven great grandchildren: Vincent, Julien, Germain, Claudie, Jérémy, Matthew and Danie and by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Doris (2011), one son, Jean-Paul, seven sisters, Dorilla, Bella, Anna, Eva, Lorraine, Hélène and Lorette and by three brothers Thomas, Anselme and Antoine.
Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home on Thursday, February 9 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm and Friday, February 10 from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 6:30 pm. Funeral mass will be held at Saint Thomas de Memramcook church, St-Joseph on Friday, February 10 at 7:00 pm. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery. Donations to the Handi Bus would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements are in the care of Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook. www.dupuisfuneralhome.ca
